A productive private session

Leave with more than a new move.

  1. 01
    Define the problem

What position, reaction, or match pattern is costing points?

  2. 02
    Find the failure point

Entry, posture, hand position, timing, finish, or decision?

  3. 03
    Build the correction

Use a small number of cues and progressive resistance.

  4. 04
    Own the next week

Leave with drills, live starts, and a measurable practice objective.

Medical boundary

Private coaching is technical and performance instruction. It is not medical treatment, physical therapy, or clearance to return after injury. Athletes with injuries must follow the direction of qualified healthcare professionals.
